During her 21 years at Textron Inc., Libby Monahan received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. in counseling from Rhode Island College, with a minor in journalism.

Libby's attention to detail is uncanny, not the least of which is her proofreading ability, which earned her the nickname "Little Red Writing Good" at Mike Monahan Design.
